These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by RightTrack Courier Services (“RightTrack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you (“Customer,” “Sender,” or “you”) agree to these Terms in full.
RightTrack Courier Services provides courier, logistics, and delivery services from our USA warehouse to customers within Jamaica only. All services are subject to availability, and these Terms and Conditions.
By using our services, you confirm that:
2.1 You are at least 18 years old
2.2 You are legally authorized to ship the contents of the package
2.3 The shipment complies with all applicable Jamaican laws and regulations
RightTrack does not accept or transport:
3.1 Illegal or prohibited goods under Jamaican law
3.2 Hazardous, flammable, or dangerous materials
3.3 Firearms, ammunition, or explosives
3.4 Perishable items without prior written approval
3.5 Cash, jewelry or precious metals
3.6 Any items deemed prohibited by Jamaica Customs
We reserve the right to refuse or dispose of prohibited items at the sender’s expense.
The Customer is solely responsible for:
Providing accurate sender and recipient details
Proper packaging to prevent damage or leakage
Correct labeling and delivery instructions
Compliance with customs, import, and export requirements
RightTrack is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information, inadequate packaging, or Unknown Packages*.
( *Unknown Packages: Any package that is not labeled correctly with the correct account name, delivery address, or account information. Unknown Packages may result in delays, additional fees, or refusal of delivery at RightTrack’s discretion.)
Prices are based on weight, size, destination, and service type
RightTrack is working toward becoming a cashless business. Bank transfer is our preferred payment method; however, cash payments may still be accepted if no other option is available.
Additional fees and/or processing fees may apply for re-delivery, storage, customs clearance, special handling, or address changes
A 10% processing fee is applied to the total value of any item exceeding the $100 USD duty-free limit established by Jamaica Customs.
Failure to complete payment may result in delivery delays or refusal of service.
All delivery times are estimates only. RightTrack does not guarantee delivery within a specific time frame. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
At this time, RightTrack Courier Services does not provide delivery to off-route locations or remote areas.
Deliveries are restricted to designated service routes, locations that are accessible, and areas deemed safe for our operations
Customers in non-serviced areas may be required to collect packages from a designated pickup point
RightTrack reserves the right to determine what constitutes an off-route, remote, or unsafe area
Maximum Coverage: Our liability for any item is limited to a maximum of $100.00 USD.
The "Lesser Value" Rule: We pay the actual cost of the item based on your invoice, up to that $100 limit. Example: If the item is worth $40, the compensation is $40.
Item Value Only: Compensation covers the item cost only. We do not refund shipping or weight (lb) charges.
24-Hour Damage Window: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. After 24 hours, RightTrack is no longer liable for the condition of the item.
Proof & Inspection: You must provide the original invoice and photos of the damage. We reserve the right to inspect the item, and if a full claim is paid, the damaged item must be surrendered to us.
Customers are advised to make their own insurance arrangements if required.
Packages must be collected within 7 days of notification. A $150 daily storage fee applies thereafter.
RightTrack reserves the right to inspect, open, or scan any shipment where permitted by Jamaican law to ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements.
RightTrack Courier Services does not facilitate returns.
Once a package has been dispatched or delivered, RightTrack is not responsible for returning items to the sender, coordinating exchanges, or handling rejected or unwanted deliveries. All return arrangements must be handled directly between the sender and recipient.
Customers must provide original, accurate, and untampered invoices and shipping documents.
Any invoice or document found to be altered, falsified, or tampered with may result in processing delays
RightTrack reserves the right to hold the shipment until proper documentation is provided
Penalties or additional charges may be applied to cover administrative costs, customs issues, or delays caused by such tampering
RightTrack shall not be responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or manipulated documentation.
RightTrack shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, emergencies, or acts of God.
RightTrack reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if these Terms are violated or if fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected.
RightTrack may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
