Yes we do. It takes 8-10 weeks for regular shipments and 3-4 weeks for scheduled shipments which is 4 times per year. Contact us for more details and pricing.
Yes, we offer package consolidation for a fee starting at a minimum of 4 packages. This service is available on request and works best for heavier shipments. Email us at [email protected] to get a personalized quote.
Standard air shipments are usually ready for pick-up within one week after leaving our overseas warehouse, provided no unforeseen delays occur.
Unfortunately, we do not offer or arrange package returns.
Our rate calculator is accurate for weight charges. For packages valued over $100 USD, customs fees are estimated, and your final customs invoice will provide the exact charges.
At this time, we do not offer this service; however, it is something we are looking to offer in the near future.
Yes but only for items valued above USD $100. These items are subject to a 10% processing and handling fee based on the declared item value.
